The Title III APR is due for all local education agencies (LEAs) receiving 2025-2027 Title III funding (including consortium members) by Wednesday, September 30. The purpose of this brief APR is to provide an update on English learner (EL) staffing and programmatic activities during the previous school year (2025-2026). Responses will be compiled for Indiana’s submission of the Consolidated State Performance Report (CSPR) to the U.S. Department of Education.
