The Certificate of Multilingual Proficiency (CoMP), Indiana’s Seal of Biliteracy, is awarded to high school seniors who demonstrate high levels of proficiency in English and another language. It is a great way to celebrate students’ achievement in world languages. School corporations or nonpublic schools intending to participate in Indiana’s CoMP must renew their registration annually. Those wanting to participate for the 2026-2027 school year must sign up using this form by March 31, 2027. For more information, see the Certificate of Multilingual Proficiency webpage. This data template can be used to track student progress and assist with data reporting at the end of the year. Contact IDOE’s Office of English Learning and Multilingual Education with any questions.
