IDOE is currently compiling data for the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR), which includes all IDEA Part B expenses schools must submit individual requests through June 30, 2025, and for July 1, 2025. Schools must submit separate reimbursement requests for June and July to specialedpartb@doe.in.gov to avoid potential delay with your payment. Reimbursements are due on the first or 15th of the month. Contact IDOE’s Office of Special Education Part B Grants team with any questions.
