The Council for Exceptional Children (CEC), INCEC, and IDOE have partnered to provide first and second-year special education teachers with a one-year full membership to CEC and INCEC, and registration to the CEC 2025 virtual convention. Recipients will receive professional development materials and access to local and statewide resources and events. Special education teachers currently completing courses for special education licensure qualify to join. Complete this form to provide your first and second-year special education teacher names.
