The window to submit Year 4 Compliance/Eligibility and Year 5 Eligibility Only for IDEA Part B fiscal year (FY) 2026 funding will open on Friday, February 28. MOE workbooks are due within IDOE’s grant management system by Monday, March 31. Local educational agencies (LEAs) without an approved MOE should contact their assigned fiscal specialist before completing their workbook. New charters that have not received an MOE workbook will receive a workbook via email.
