IDOE’s Office of Special Education will review the new Maintenance of Effort (MOE) requirement for Part B funding on Wednesday, November 8, at 11 a.m. ET. All special education directors and stakeholders are encouraged to attend. Additional MOE support resources are available in the Special Education Community in Moodle.
