The Spread the Word – Part C to Part B Transition has been updated to add clarity regarding Indiana’s no opt-out policy, overriding dates in the statewide IEP system, and acceptable reasons for delay. There are no new policies or changes to state guidance. The changes reflect clarification from questions that IDOE’s Office of Special Education has received over the past year.
