The Indiana Language Roadmap project is offering funding assistance for language proficiency exams for high school students planning to obtain Indiana’s Certificate of Multilingual Proficiency. Students must be nominated by an educator, counselor, or parent. Individuals may nominate more than one student, but preference will be given to students taking proficiency exams for less commonly taught languages, with financial need, and from a variety of school districts. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis through Saturday, April 5. Complete the nomination form here. For more information, visit IDOE’s Certificate of Multilingual Proficiency webpage or c ontact IDOE’s Office of English Learning and Migrant Education.
