Administrators and special education directors can submit questions regarding technical assistance for Indiana IEP via the Zendesk ticket system. View this guidance for an overview of the process. Users are encouraged to utilize this ticket system for requesting assistance and refrain from submitting requests directly to Public Consulting Group (PCG) representatives, as this could prolong the request resolution time.
