The window to submit Year 4 Compliance/Eligibility and Year 5 Eligibility Only for Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part B fiscal year (FY) 2026 funding is now open. MOE workbooks are due within IDOE’s grant management system by Monday, March 31. Local educational agencies (LEAs) without an approved MOE should contact their assigned fiscal specialist before completing their workbook. New charter schools that have not received an MOE workbook will receive a workbook by email.
FY25 12-1-23 child counts have been placed in the Office of Special Education Moodle Community (i.e., Fiscal → Part B Grants for Special Education → FY25 Grant Information → Maintenance of Effort -Year 4). LEAs with questions should contact their fiscal specialist. Contact IDOE’s Office of Special Education with any questions.
