IDOE’s Office of Special Education is seeking youth with disabilities between 14 and 22 years old to join in providing feedback and improvement strategies for graduation, transition planning, and transition IEPs for the Student Transition Cadre. Students will meet once prior to the end of the 2022-2023 school year and throughout the 2023-2024 school year. To nominate a student for the Indiana Student Transition Cadre, please complete this Jotform by Friday, May 26. Students will be contacted directly by IDOE for next steps.
